What is BioStacks?

BioStacks scores supplements 0–100 against published clinical research — trial doses, ingredient forms, and evidence strength — instead of marketing claims. Scan any barcode or Supplement Facts label and see whether the product is dosed the way the studies were.

Do you get paid to promote brands?

No brand can pay for a score, a ranking, or placement — scores are computed by the same algorithm for every product, from clinical dose ranges and evidence weights. Some retailer links (like iHerb) are affiliate links that earn us a small commission, but they exist on high- and low-scoring products alike and never influence the score.

Is BioStacks free?

The app is free to download on iOS and Android, and scanning and scoring work without payment. An optional premium subscription unlocks the advanced analysis features.

A score looks wrong — how do I report it?

Email us a link to the product (or a photo of its label) and what looks off. Common causes are proprietary blends that hide per-ingredient doses and label data that changed after a reformulation — we review every report and fix the data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel from your device: on iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android open the Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from the app (Profile → Account) or from the account deletion page. Delete your account →

Do you sell supplements?

No. BioStacks is an independent scoring layer — we link out to retailers but never manufacture, stock, or sell products ourselves.

Is this medical advice?

No. BioStacks summarizes published research about supplement ingredients and doses; it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. For prescription-drug interactions or health conditions, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
