About CBD
CBD (cannabidiol) is widely marketed for sleep but consumer perception massively outstrips RCT evidence. A few small trials suggest anxiolytic effects at moderate doses, which may indirectly improve sleep. The largest case series (72 patients) showed 66% improved sleep scores initially but results fluctuated over time. Regulatory status varies by jurisdiction. No established RDA/UL.
