About Ferulic Acid
A phenolic acid abundant in whole grains, rice bran and many plants; also a component of gamma-oryzanol. Strong in-vitro/topical antioxidant and UV-protective data (widely used in skincare serums), but oral supplement clinical evidence is minimal.
