About Baobab
Baobab (Adansonia digitata) fruit powder is high in soluble fiber, vitamin C and polyphenols. A few small studies suggest it may blunt post-meal glucose (via fiber) and has antioxidant content, but clinical evidence is preliminary. Mostly a fiber/vitamin-C whole-food ingredient.
