Beta-Glucanase

Enzyme that breaks down beta-glucans (fibers in oats, barley and yeast cell walls). Found in multi-enzyme blends to aid digestion of grain fibers. No standalone clinical efficacy data; potency expressed in BGU, so no mg dose range is defined — a nominal mg range would score an activity-unit label value as a mass.
