DNF-10 is a branded, low-molecular-weight (<10 kDa) peptide hydrolysate of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker's yeast), manufactured by Neo Cremar and GRAS-affirmed by FDA (GRN 1033) for use in foods/beverages. It's marketed for appetite/satiety support via proposed ghrelin and neuropeptide Y modulation. Evidence is limited to manufacturer-associated animal and preliminary studies; no independent peer-reviewed human RCTs confirming clinical weight-management outcomes were identified.
