About Luteolin
A flavone found in celery, parsley and chamomile with anti-inflammatory and mast-cell-stabilizing activity in preclinical models. Most evidence is mechanistic or from small pilot studies (e.g. luteolin-containing formulas in neuroinflammation); robust RCTs in healthy individuals are lacking.
