Muvz is a branded, fixed-composition extract combining water-extracted Vitex negundo leaf/twig and supercritical-CO2-extracted Zingiber officinale (ginger) rhizome, developed by ENovate Biolife (now OmniActive). A 2025 double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-response RCT (n=157, 90 days) reported dose-dependent improvement in musculoskeletal-health questionnaire scores and knee/low-back comfort versus placebo starting at day 30.

Single industry-affiliated RCT; promising dose-response signal but not yet independently replicated or meta-analyzed.
