About Plum
Plum (and dried plum/prune) fruit powder is a polyphenol- and sorbitol-containing whole food. Dried plums have some evidence for bowel regularity and bone markers, but generic 'plum powder' in a fruit blend is a presence-only antioxidant source with little targeted evidence. Grade low.
