About Wasabi
Wasabi (Eutrema japonicum) contains isothiocyanates (6-MSITC) with antioxidant/anti-inflammatory activity in vitro. One small Japanese RCT reported memory improvement in older adults, but overall human evidence is minimal and preliminary. Grade low.
