How to Take It
Take it anytime
Take with food — potassium salts on an empty stomach commonly cause nausea.
On the label
For adults over the age of 18, take 130mg (2 tablets) per day. Individuals who are 12-18 years old and over 150lbs should take 130mg (2 tablets). Individuals who are under 18 years old and under 150lbs should take 65mg (1 tablet). Individuals under 12 years old regardless of weight should take 65mg (1 tablet). For short term use only, do not take for longer than 2 weeks unless directly by your physician, state, or local health officials.
