Bacopa is one of the better-studied herbs for memory and attention, and **Bacopa Monnieri** is the whole formula here — 750mg per caplet, combining a whole-plant powder with a more concentrated 24% extract. Between them you're getting about 70mg of bacosides, the active compounds behind bacopa's cognitive effects, in one daily caplet that matches the label's directions.
The most-cited cognitive trials used 300mg of extract standardized to at least 50% bacosides — closer to 150mg of actives — so you're getting under half that bacoside content. It's a supportive dose, but on the lighter side for the compounds that drive the benefit.
Bacopa also isn't a same-day supplement: the research only shows gains in memory and focus after 8 to 12 weeks of daily use. Take it consistently through that window and this is a reasonable way to get bacopa; if you're expecting a quick lift, it won't deliver one.
