How to Take It
Best taken in the evening
The Magnesium in it is what pulls this toward the evening. Take it with a meal containing fat — the vitamin D in it absorbs poorly without one.
On the label
1 teaspoonful = approx. 5ml ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS): 2 teaspoonfuls daily. Ideally taken with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare Liquid can be continued for as long as required. After opening store in fridge and use within eight weeks. To prevent possible contamination with metals such as lead, oyster calcium and bone-dolomite have not been included in the Osteocare formulation.
