How to Take It
Best taken in the morning
Contains Green Tea Leaf Extract, which is stimulating — keep it to the morning. Take it with a meal containing fat — the vitamins A, D and E in it absorb poorly without one.
On the label
TWO TABLETS PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach. You should consult your doctor if you have any symptoms of urinary discomfort to confirm you have BPH or another prostate condition that may require immediate medical treatment. These include the need to urinate more frequently (especially at night), a feeling of not being able to empty the bladder completely and weak or interrupted urinary flow. For Allergy Advice and other usage information see Nutritional Information.
The label says evening, but the Green Tea Leaf Extract in it makes morning the safer call.

This is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your supplement routine.
The score analyzes what's on the label: ingredient doses vs. clinical ranges, chemical forms, evidence levels, and known interactions. It does not verify label accuracy or test for contaminants — for that, look for third-party certifications like USP or NSF.
