How to Take It
Best taken in the evening
Calming herb — used in the evening. Take it with food — the zinc in it is what makes this kind of product feel nauseating on an empty stomach.
With food
Space it a couple of hours from Iron and Calcium
On the label
Directions: Use only as directed. Mix 2 scoops (1 tsp) with 4 oz water and consume one hour prior to bedtime. Two scoops is the recommended starting dose. If desired results are not observed, use 1 scoop (1/2 tsp). If desired results are still not observed, use 1/2 scoop (1/4 tsp). While 3 scoops may be appropriate for certain individuals, this quantity may have the opposite effect in others. Results vary by individuals and are dose-dependent.
