How to Take It
Take it anytime
Meriva is a phytosome — the carrier does much of the absorption work, so it's less dependent on dietary fat than plain curcumin. Its trials still dosed it with meals.
On the label
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a small meal. For better joint support, take 2 - 4 per day, or more, as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician. Store in a cool dry place.

Sources & Scoring

This is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your supplement routine.
The score analyzes what's on the label: ingredient doses vs. clinical ranges, chemical forms, evidence levels, and known interactions. It does not verify label accuracy or test for contaminants — for that, look for third-party certifications like USP or NSF.
