How to Take It

The Vitamin B6 in it is what pulls this toward the morning. Take it with a meal containing fat — the vitamins D and K in it absorb poorly without one.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 4 capsules per day. You may want to take all your capsules with your first meal. However, it is not absolutely necessary to take this product with a meal because the addition of the medium-chain triglycerides and bile salts.
