MODERATE-HIGH — Meta-analysis of 5 RCTs · 300–600 mg/day standardized root extract

  • 2021 meta-analysis of 5 RCTs (400 participants) found significant effect on overall sleep (SMD = -0.59). Effects were more pronounced with insomnia diagnosis, dosage ≥600 mg/day, and treatment ≥8 weeks. PubMed
