Sprinkle 1/2 level teaspoon a day onto cereal or fruit, or stir into juice, building gradually to 2-3 level teaspoons a day (children over 5 years, 1/4 level teaspoon a day, building gradually to 1 level teaspoon a day), or as your health professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Can also be used for baking and to sweeten hot drinks, or be used as a healthy alternative to sugar and sweeteners
