How to Take It
Take it anytime
Take with plenty of water. Fiber binds other things in the gut, so give it a 1–2 hour gap either side.
On the label
2 tablets with a glass of water (8 ounces), 5 to 10 minutes before a meal containing starch. If CARBOHYDRATE BLOCKER is taken too early, it can pass through the body before interacting with food. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day.

Sources & Scoring
Nutrient data (RDA, UL, and safety thresholds) sourced from: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and National Academies Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI).
This is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your supplement routine.
The score analyzes what's on the label: ingredient doses vs. clinical ranges, chemical forms, evidence levels, and known interactions. It does not verify label accuracy or test for contaminants — for that, look for third-party certifications like USP or NSF.
