Why Lavender for Stress & Mood
Lavender plays a important role in stress & mood. Lavender oil (as Silexan / Lasea) is a patented oral lavender oil preparation with multiple RCTs demonstrating anxiolytic effects comparable to low-dose benzodiazepines. Silexan is the only clinically validated oral lavender form โ generic lavender oil lacks standardization and clinical evidence for anxiety.
What dose to look for
Clinical studies typically use 80โ160 mg of lavender. Silexan (standardized lavender oil) dose range from RCTs for anxiety. Products below this range may not deliver meaningful results.
